To make a reservation, request the
reservation/rental contract form by e-mail at
serendipity-on-keuka@roadrunner.com or by telephone
(607-292-6078, or cell phone: 607-794-0019). You'll receive a
copy of the rental contract, including dates of stay, by e-mail (or
surface mail, if you prefer). Sign and mail the contract with a security
deposit (1/3 total rent: check or money order, no credit cards). The
security deposit also serves as a damage deposit and is returned at check-out
pending satisfactory inspection of the cottage. When the contract and
deposit are received, you'll receive a confirmation by e-mail and surface mail.
Payment in full required upon arrival. Sorry, no credit cards, only cash, checks, or money
orders are accepted to reserve the cottage.
Rental period is
Saturday-Saturday, check-in is after 2pm, check-out is
11am, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are returned if
notification of cancellation is received more than 90 days before reservation
date, or if less than 90 days and the cottage is rented to another party for the same
rental period.
Peak Season Rates (June 13 - September 12)
1) June 13 - September 12.
Minimum rental = 2 days. Daily rate = $115. Weekly rate = $800.
2) July &
August. Minimum rental = one week. Weekly rate = $800; Monthly
rate = $3000.
Off-Season Rates (April 18 - June 13, September 12 - October
31)
Minimum rental = 2 days. Daily rate = $80; Weekly rate = $500.

Restrictions:

No smoking inside cottage or on
screened porch

Quiet time (no loud music, or parties
after 10pm) strictly observed

No more than 6 overnight persons,
including children

No more than 2 vehicles, no campers

Pet policy.
Absolutely no pets, no exceptions. Renters showing
up with pets will not be allowed to occupy the
cottage and their deposit will not be returned. If
friends visiting renters show up with pets, renters
and visitors will be asked to leave and the rental
deposit and rental fee will not be returned.
