yet warm enough for comfortable swimming.

It's warm and in the sun all day, especially late afternoon.
It gets the best sunsets plus great lake views.
It has excellent road access so travel time is minimized to
wineries, restaurants, shopping, other attractions, other Finger Lakes
and wineries, and Watkins Glen.
The
small frontage road below the cottage (and just above the lake) has low and
slow traffic volume, great for safe walking, jogging, biking, strolling with
kids, lake views.
The
owners are 100' away, far enough for privacy, yet close enough for help with
any problems. With over 30 year's experience on Keuka Lake and Finger Lakes
region they can answer questions about wineries,
restaurants, attractions, directions.
